1. The instant petition is filed by One Vyasnarayan Shrivas claiming himself to be in-charge of the Society, who has purchased the paddy. In which capacity the petition has been filed is not clear as certainly Vyasnarayan Shrivas was not in personem to enter into the contract. It is the society which has entered into the contract for purchase, lifting and transportation of the paddy and the society is not before this Court, in absence of any document to the capacity of petitioner what is his locus nothing can be assumed.

2. Since the petition is vague no adjudication can be made to make a roving enquiry. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a better petition if so advised.
