1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.312/2014 {ST No.30/2014 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), North Bastar Kanker}, registered at Police Station Kanker, Distt. North Bastar Kanker, for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (2) (>), 506, 323 of the IPC, 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children form Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. First bail application has been dismissed on merits, vide order dated 6-2-2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.6440/2014.
3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any new ground to entertain the second bail application. Consequently, the application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
