(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested on 15.06.2015 in connection with Crime No.122/2015 registered at Police Station Sitapur, District Surguja, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 (d), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(A) & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

(3) The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 10.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3913/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and

taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit to entertain the second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
