Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the letter dated 1-2-2020 (Annexure R/1) issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, at this stage, petitioner wants to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to file fresh petition against erring officers who have not complied the order dated 27-2-2020.

3. Accordingly, without making any observation on the merits of the case, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition.
