1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the default pointed out by the Registry of this Court has already been removed by him.

3. Therefore, the default pointed out by the Registry of this Court is overruled.

4. The instant CRMP has been preferred for modification in common order dated 20.07.2020 passed in MCRCA No.701/2020, MCRCA No.879/2020 & MCRCA No.719/2020.

5. It appears that Paragraph No.3 of common Order dated 20.07.2020 needs modification.

6. Therefore, it is directed that Paragraph No.3 in common order dated 20.07.2020 following content be read:

" 3. The applicants have filed this first bail application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. as they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.69/2019, registered at Police Station: Chhura, District: Gariyaband (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 306, 201 & 34 of IPC."

7. Hence, the CRMP stands disposed of.
