2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is working on the post of ANM, has prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities to transfer her from the Sub Health Centre, Kohraoud, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara to any other place within the District of Mungeli or Bilaspur for the reason that on

the petitioner's report, a case of gang rape was instituted against three persons namely Pramod , Roshan Chandrakar and Rohit, who all are working in the same hospital.

3. Considering the peculiar situation the petitioner is presently facing, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, the petitioner submits a fresh representation before respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today, the said respondent authority shall consider and decide the petitioner' prayer objectively and pass necessary order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 weeks from the date of submission of representation.
