2. The challenge in this petition is to the order of the SDO dated 25.06.2021passed under the C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam.

3. Perused the documents.

4. Perusal of the documents shows that under the C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1995 statutory appeal is provided, therefore since efficacious alternate remedy is available this petition is not maintainable. I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

5. In view of this, the petition sans merit is liable to be and is hereby disposed off.

6. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of Annexure P-1 after retaining the photo copy of the same.
