1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.552/2015, registered at Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506 and 307 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Taking into account the fact that the applicant is a juvenile, I do not find it a fit case to entertain the application under Section 439 of the CrPC. The application is rejected. However, the applicant is free to make application for grant of bail under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act before the Juvenile Justice Board.
