1. Heard.

2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to post him forthwith either at Durg or Raipur or any other district near to Durg or Raipur.

3. The petitioner is A.S.I. posted at Basaguda, District - Bijapur.

4. As per the petitioner's case his son is suffering from mental disorder due to head injury caused in an accident in year 2013-2014.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, without commenting anything on merits, it is directed that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No. 2, the Director General of Police within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. The respondent No.2 should decide the said representation in accordance with law and procedure within two months from the date of filing of such representation.
