Order On Board 14/09/2015 Limited grievance of the petitioner is that the revision has remained pending before the Board of Revenue for the last two years and only prayer made is that the Board of Revenue may be directed to consider and decide the matter within stipulated time.

Considering the prayer made, period of pendency and taking into consideration the large number of cases pending before the Board of Revenue, all that can be done is to observe that the Board of Revenue shall take all steps to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.
