State of Chhattisgarh, Through : Station House Officer, Police Station Kawardha, District Kabirdham Chhattisgarh.

---- Respondent Request letter has been received from the Court of 26/07/2021 Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Kabirdham, District Kabirdham (Kawardha) praying for extension of time for disposal of Sessions Case No. 71/2019, pending before that Court. This Court while disposing of M.Cr.C. No.7833 of 2019 vide order dated 07.02.2020, directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months. Subsequent to which, on request letter of the Court, which was registered as Cr.M.P. No. 185 of 2021, by order dated 26.02.2021, further extension of six months time was again granted. As it is informed that the case is at the stage of examination of accused statement and also for the reason, for which the case is remained pending, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer made. Accordingly, further time of two months is granted to conclude the trial of the case mentioned herein above. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is disposed off.
