1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.90/2016 registered in Police Station Shankargarh, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Section 294, 506 Part-II and 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has committed two murders of Rudesiya Bai and Dashrath Yadav.

3. There is eyewitness account of one of the murder whereas there is extra judicial confession for the other murder.

4. Considering the quality of evidence, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

5. After Covid-19 situation normalizes and still trial does not conclude in reasonable period thereafter the applicant would be at liberty to revive his prayer for bail.
