From entire perusal of the matter including the order dated 23.11.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh affirmed by the Revisional Court i.e. the Fifth Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, District Sarguja, Chhattisgarh in Criminal Revision No. 76 of 2015 vide order dated 20.1.2016 it reveals that as per settled law the Petitioner has approached this Court prematurely and he has no locus as per law.
