Though the correctness and validity of the order dated 02.02.2015, has been challenged in this petition, it could not be disputed, that the petitioner has the alternative remedy of statutory appeal before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur. 2.

Therefore, I do not find any ground warranting interference by this Court without insisting upon exhaustion of alternative remedy of appeal. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file an appeal.
