1. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that against the order the non compliance of which the present contempt petition has been filed, the respondents have filed a writ appeal and notices have also been issued.

2. Given the aforesaid fact that respondents have challenged the order in the writ appeal and the Appellate Court has issued notices, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt as of now is made out.
