By the impugned order dated 10.4.2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Raigarh, application for interim maintenance filed by the applicant has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that order rejecting the application for interim maintenance is bad in law. 3.

It is stated at the bar that evidence of the applicant has already been recorded.

Since the evidence of the applicant has already been recorded and application for interim maintenance has been rejected, I deem it appropriate to direct the Family Court, Raigarh to expedite the maintenance proceeding and conclude the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of

copy of this order on the basis of pleadings of the parties, material available and evidence, on its own merit in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made in the order dated 10.4.2015. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the criminal revision stands disposed of.
