1. Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that as of now the present writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 - the SDO to take a decision in revenue case No. 57/B-121/2017-18 at the earliest.

2. Considering the limited nature of relief that the petitioner has sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 5 to take a

decision in the said Revenue case at the earliest preferably within a period of Six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
