1. The limited relief that the petitioner has is for considering his claim for regularization in service upon putting around 22 years of continuous service under the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner he has been repeatedly making representations to the higher authorities but till date the respondent authorities have not taken any decision on the same.

3. Given the limited relief that petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with rules at

-2the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
