Heard on admission. Perused the material available. 2.

The instant petition has been filed by the Petitioner/wife for transfer of Criminal Case No.3 of 2018 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Patthalgaon to the competent Court of Ambikapur on the ground that she is presently residing at Ambikapur and her children are also studying at Ambikapur. On being asked, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner/wife submits that due to some reasons, the Petitioner/wife is still residing at Patthalgaon and her children are also residing along with her at Patthalgaon. Thus, it is clear that presently the Petitioner/wife has no ground for transfer of the aforesaid criminal case.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
