At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he does not want to press the instant Cr.M.P. but he prays that the trial Court be directed to expedite the matter and dispose of the said criminal case as expeditiously as possible.

The above submission is not opposed by the State/respondent. 3.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'the Code') is hereby disposed of as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and disposed of the said Criminal Case No.372/2015 (State Vs. Pappu @ Leelaram and four others) as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from next date of hearing.
