The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.200/2018, registered at Police Station Jhagrakhand, District Koriya (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 (2) (n) of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application. 3.
