The present appeal arises from order dated 26.8.2015 disposing Writ Petition (C) No.1503/2015 declining to interfere with the direction issued by the University for holding of Students' Union elections in the AppellantInstitution. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant very fairly acknowledges that subsequently the election of the Students' Union by way of nominations has been done. He further submits that it is a recurring phenomenon when elections create unnecessary disturbances in the academic atmosphere of the college.
