1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.34/2019 registered in Police Station Devbhog, District Gariyaband for ofence under Section 20 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. The applicant along with co-accused was found to be in illicit possession of 20 kg & 670 grams of contraband Ganja when the CRETA Vehicle was searched on the date of the incident.

3. Considering the commercial quantity of contraband Ganja recovered from the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
