On the face of relief sought by the petitioner in this petition, in so far as it relates to undisputed amount claimed to be payable to the petitioner, learned State counsel referring to the averments made in para 4 of its return, submits that the steps are being taken to clear all the undisputed amount to the petitioner. He submits that at this stage, the petition may be disposed off in view of the statement made in the return that the respondents shall make all endeavour to clear undisputed amount within a period of four months. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner sought another relief with regard to interest over the undisputed amount and submits that in view of the statement, which has been made by the learned State counsel, this petition may be disposed off
reserving liberty to claim interest in appropriate proceedings, if the petitioner is not paid undisputed amount within the stipulated period. 4.
In view of statement made at the bar, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending.

At this stage, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondents to consider petitioner's claim of undisputed amount, in view of what has been stated by the State in para 4 of its return, and make all endeavour to clear the undisputed amount within a period of four months.
