1. Learned State Counsel would submit that the impugned order is appealable before the Collector.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law.

3. Since the impugned order is appealable before the Collector under the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the Collector within 7 days from today. If such an appeal is filed

within 7 days from today, the Collector would do well to dispose of the appeal within further two months after hearing the parties.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
