Petitioner appeared in the recruitment process initiated by the Public Service Commission in the year 2005. He is claiming re-valuation of some answer sheets.

Learned counsel for the PSC would inform that the entire process of recruitment is over way back and all the posts have been occupied, therefore, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the issues raised herein have become academic.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous leaving open the issues raised for adjudication in an appropriate case.
