1. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by order of Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (T) No. 3447/2006 and connections, (order dated 15/12/2006). We have gone through the said order and concur with it. We follow the said order and allow this writ petition to the extent relief has been granted as per order dated 15/12/2006 in W.P. (T) No. 3447/2006 and connections. All bills raised under Section 3(1-a) of the Chhattisgarh Upkar (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam 2004 (Amendment Act No.28 of 2004) as are impugned in this writ petition

are quashed.

2. Writ petition is ordered accordingly.
