This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for granting of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 84 of 2015 registered at Police Station, Rajpur, Distt. Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of IPC. Earlier bail petition was dismissed on 04/01/2016 and within a short span of time the second bail petition has been filed. Perused the record and the documents. The witnesses are being examined, therefore, no change of circumstances is made out to reconsider the repeat bail application within short span of time. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the bail application.
