1. Heard on application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is the 3rd bail application filed by the applicant before this Court for grant of regular bail. The first bail application MCRC No.4631 of 2019 was dismissed as withdrawn on 20.08.2019 and the second bail application MCRC No.7589 of 2019 was dismissed on merits on 21.1.2020. The applicant has been arrested on 18.5.2019 in connection with Crime No.188/2019, registered at Police Station - Shivrinarayan, District- Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Sections 354, 376(2)(D) and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

2. According to the contents of the application and the submissions made by counsel for the applicant, I am of this view that there is no new ground made out and no change in circumstance, therefore, this repeat application is dismissed at motion stage.
