1. So far as the default pointed out by the Registry is concerned, the petitioner shall remove the default during the course of the day itself.

2. During the course of hearing it was revealed that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been dealt with by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions, the leading of which being WPS no. 2426/2021 and other connected matters which were decided on 23.07.2021.

3. In view of the fact that this Court has already decided a bunch of writ petitions of the same nature, the present writ petition also gets decided on similar terms.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the order passed in WPS No. 2426/2021 decided on 23.07.2021 along with other connected matters.
