Agrawal Order On Board 05/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 & 4 would submit that the dispute raised between the parties can be referred to the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Food and Civil Supply and Consumer Protection, Government of Chhattisgarh as per clause 28 of the Contract Agreement.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to raise a dispute before Principal Secretary/Secretary, Food and Civil Supply and

Consumer Protection, Government of Chhattisgarh and the said authority may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to refer a dispute before the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Food and Civil Supply and Consumer Protection, Government of Chhattisgarh. If such dispute is raised before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the same after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same. (5) For a period of three months, interim relief granted by this Court on 19.07.2007 shall remain in force.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No costs.
