Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has taken a loan of ₹ 1,63,000/- from Bhilai Steel Plant in which ₹ 6,92,000/- has already been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner was not paid salary up to 2010 and no order of recovery has been furnished and supplied to him and no complete information has been given and for which the petitioner made a representation to the Managing Director of the Company, which has not been considered till this date. He would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make additional representation to the Managing Director of the Company raising his grievance. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the petitioner makes additional representation to the Managing Director of the Company, the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by reasoned order keeping in view the fact that he is Technician and an amount of ₹ 6,92,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner after affording him an opportunity within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
