1. This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 280/2014, registered at Police Station- Katghora, District- Korba (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 395 and 397 of the IPC.

2. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 07/07/2015 in M.Cr.C.No. 3172 of 2015.

3. After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any good ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
