Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Ishtagasa/Crime No.02/2015 registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 375(4) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xii) & 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 22.09.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.4755/2015.

(3) Having heard counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case; I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
