1. The applicants have preferred the forth bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.480/2020, registered at Police Station - Basna, District - Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

2. Even after the matter was called in the second round, none appeared for the applicants, therefore, in these circumstances, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the bail application for want of prosecution.
