Learned Panel Lawyer accepts notice on behalf of the State. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of by directing the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within 2 months from the next date of hearing. On due consideration, instant CRMP is disposed of with a direction to the court below i.e. Chief Judicial Magistration, Balod to dispose of the Criminal Case No. 843/2015 (State -v- Jethuram and others) as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of 2 months from next date of hearing subject to cooperation of both the parties.
No order as to costs.
The petitioner may file a certified copy of this order before the court below for compliance.
