1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Secretary, Public Relation Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, New Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
2. The Under Secretary, Government Of Chhattisgarh, Public Relation Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, New Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Shri Goutam Khetrapal, Advocate.
For State :
Shri Syed Majid Ali, Dy.G.A.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 22/06/2018 1.
The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 15/05/2018 whereby the services of the petitioner has been placed under suspension invoking Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeals) Rules, 1966. 2.
The said order is an appealable order under Rule 23 of the said Rules. 3.
In the instant case, the petitioner seems to have not followed the said statutory remedy available to him, but has straight away rushed to the Court.
4.
Moreover, the grievance raised by the petitioner and the contentions put forth by the counsel for the petitioner are all factual in nature which this Court in exercise of its power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India would find it difficult to appreciate.
5.
Thus, reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal under Rule 23 against the impugned order, the present Writ Petition in its present form at this stage stands dismissed.
