Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working with the Bhilai Steel Plant pursuant to the agreement entered into between the parties on 25.05.2016 but the respondent authorities have not released the payment to the petitioner from the period of March, 2017 to October, 2017.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondent authorities within two weeks from today and, in turn, the respondent authorities shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's
representation strictly in accordance with law after hearing both the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
