These three transfer petitions are disposed of by a common order. These petitions were filed by the husband for transfer of the cases from
Raigarh to any other Court.

Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have informed this Court that due to intervention of the Mediation Centre, Raigarh, the matter between the parties have been settled as per agreement dated 14.6.2016 entered into between them.

Shri Manoj Paranjpe, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a photo copy of the said agreement, which is taken on record.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, Shri Paranjpe does not press any one of the three transfer petitions. The same are accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
