(1) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 28.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6847/2014.
(2) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed finding no change in circumstances by order of this Court dated 16.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1729/2015 . (3) It has been brought on record against the order dated 16.04.2015 rejecting the applicant's second bail application, SLP (Criminal) No.4422/2015 was filed and that has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on 01.06.2015. (4) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 79/2014 registered at Police Station Pusaur, District Raigarh for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (5) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail as earlier bail applications have been dismissed by this Court by order dated 28.01.2015 & 16.04.2015, respectively and by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by order dated 1.6.2015 passed in SLP (Criminal) No.4422/2015. Thus, the third bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
