Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 18-61. This is first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court and his no bail application is pending before any other court.

2. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 317/2019 registered in police station City Kotwali, Mungeli, Distt. Mangeli (CG) for offence punishable under Section 304-B/34, IPC.

3. Perused the case diary.

4. Prosecution story in brief is that the applicant is father-in-law of deceased Pameshwari. Marriage of deceased was solemnized with Bhuneshwar 3 year ago. The applicant was keeping evil eye on deceased and had tried to catch her for sexual exploitation. On 9-52019 the deceased consumed poison and died.

5. Counsel for the applicant argued that the applicant is innocent and falsely implicated hence he may be released on bail.

6. On the other hand, the State Counsel opposed the bail application.

7. Looking to the fact that there is no allegation regarding alleged demand of dowry against the applicant, looking to other facts and circumstances of the case, application is allowed. It is ordered that if the applicant furnishes one solvent surety for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- along with one personal bond of the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court concerned, he be released on bail.

8. Consequently, the MCRC is dismissed.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 24-61. This CRMP has been registered as there is some typographical error in the order passed by this Court in MCRC No. 3528/2019 dated 18-62019.

2. MCRC No. 3528/2019 was allowed vide order dated 18-6-2019 and the applicant was directed to be released on bail. But inadvertently, in the last line of the order, the sentence 'Consequently, the MCRC is dismissed.' has been typed in place of sentence 'Certified copy as per rules.'

3. Therefore, this CR.M.P. is disposed of with a direction that the last line of the order dated 18-6-2019 passed in MCRC No. 3528/2019, shall be read as "Certified copy as per rules', in place of 'Consequently, the MCRC is dismissed.'

4. A copy of this order be also supplied to the parties along with the order dated 18-6-2019.

5. Certified copy today.

6. A certified copy of this order along with certified copy of order dated 18-6-2019 be sent to the concerned Court immediately for compliance.
