Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to the applicant to surrender himself and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court, which may be decided as early as possible.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.

However, the applicant, if so advised, may surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned trial Court and if such application is filed, the concerned trial Court may consider and decide the same as early as possible.
