Order On Board 14/06/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's appeal as well as application for grant of stay is pending consideration before the Collector against the order of Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Mungeli is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal / application for grant of stay expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties.
