After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for a fairly long time, he seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to invoke remedy available under Section 21(4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the Collector, Balod.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. It is needless to say that if such a dispute is raised by the petitioner before the Collector then the Collector is directed to decide the said dispute expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.
