Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that their land has been subjected to acquisition by the Collector, Durg but no compensation has been paid to them against which they have also made a representation before the respondent authorities on 29.12.2015 which has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file a representation supported by the documents as required by the Collector by memo dated
12.01.2016 and, in that event, the Collector, Durg shall do well to consider and decide the petitioners' representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
