Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that considering the short tenure of service left of the petitioner for retirement, let the representation which the petitioner has made ventilating his grievance for grant of proper seniority to the petitioner from initial

date of promotion as an Assistant Engineer keeping in view the judgment rendered by the Madhya Pradesh High Court in a bunch of writ petitions, the leading of which being WPS 10339/2011 and other connected matters and for grant of consequential reliefs. 2.

To the limited relief sought for, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to 6 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of seniority on the post of Assistant Engineer and the consequential reliefs for further promotion in terms of the order passed by the Madhya Pradesh High Court in an identical set of bunch of writ petitions decided in respect of counter parts of petitioner working in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the M.P. Power Holding Company.

In addition, the petitioner is also permitted to make fresh representation supported with all relevant records or documents. 4.

Respondent authority i.e. respondent no.2 to 6 are expected to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
