1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of direction to respondent-transferring authority to relieve her on the grievance that though the transfer order has been issued by the State Government on 12-08-2017, till date, she has not been relieved.

2. Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered in order dated 03.04.2018 in Writ Petition (S) No.

2770 of 2018.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the aforesaid order of co-ordinate Bench of this Court, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be relieved forthwith by the competent authority in compliance of order Annexure P/1 unless the State has modified, varied or cancelled the impugned transfer order.
