1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits that as applicant was working as peon in the Society prior to his removal, a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicant files application for grant of regular bail after his surrender, learned Court below may decide bail application, if possible, on same day, in accordance with law.
