This is an application for restoration of Cr.M.P.No.345 of 2015 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.09.2015.

For the reasons stated in the application for restoration which is supported by the affidavit sworn by counsel for the applicant, I am of the opinion that sufficient reasons have been shown for non-appearance of the counsel on 16.09.2015.

Accordingly, application for restoration is allowed and Cr.M.P.No. 345 of 2015 is restored to its original number.
