(1) Above mentioned two bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arise out of a common Crime No.20/2016, registered at Police Station Urga, District
Korba, for the offences punishable under Sections 394 & 354 of the Indian Penal Code, therefore, they are being heard analogously and decided by this Common Order. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; looking to the nature & gravity of the offence and the manner in which on 11.1.2016 applicant outraged the modesty of the complainant and looted her purse and stolen 12,000/- cash and ₹ consequent recovery from the applicants, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail. Thus, the bail applications are rejected.
